The Outer Hebrides has some of the most clean, pure and unpolluted waters on the planet. Its rich mineral content offers fantastic benefits for the skin. Ishga does not use any tap water in ishga’s products, only Hebridean sea and spring water collected locally here on the Isle of Lewis.
Ascophyllum nodosum (Knotted Wrack Seaweed)
Ascophyllum Nodosum Seaweed is one of the key ingredients ishga uses, due to its remarkable benefits for the skin. Contains high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols which help repair the skin. Known for its exfoliating properties to smooth and brighten skin.
Rose Geranium
Can help to balance the skin's natural oil production. It can minimise the appearance of enlarged pores and brighten skin, and is excellent for those with acne.
How to apply
To apply, pat a small amount of the mask over the face, avoiding the delicate eye area. Relax for 10 minutes and use warm water, or ishga Active Cleansing Lotion, to massage the mask into the skin and wash off.
